If your Airbnb account was connected to another Property Management System (PMS) before Guesty, you must disconnect the PMS from your Airbnb account before connecting your Airbnb account to Guesty. Otherwise, when trying to connect the account, you'll receive an error message saying that you may only authorize one property management app to handle your account.
Follow the steps below to remove your Airbnb account's connection with another PMS.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Airbnb account.
- In the top-right corner, click the profile icon.
- From the dropdown menu, select Account.
- Click the Privacy & sharing thumbnail.
- Click Services.
- Under the connected PMS account, click Remove access.
Once the other PMS has been removed, you can connect your Airbnb account to Guesty.
