Before you can connect an Airbnb account to Guesty, you must disconnect previously connected Property Management Systems (PMS) from your Airbnb account. This is a requirement to ensure a smooth integration between Airbnb and Guesty. Failure to disconnect a previously connected PMS will result in an error, as you can only authorize one PMS to handle your account.
Follow the steps below to disconnect another PMS from your Airbnb account.

This action is handled on Airbnb.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Airbnb account.
- At the top right, click the menu icon and open your Account settings.
- In the lefthand menu, click Privacy.
- Scroll down to Connected services.
- Under the relevant PMS, click Remove access.
- In the pop-up, click Remove access.
Once the other PMS has been removed, you can connect your Airbnb account to Guesty.
