We can contact guests via email, booking channel messages, SMS, and telephone. Currently the service is available in English only.

Our Guest Service Experts do not carry out on-the-ground interactions. However, we are happy to take care of arranging the key exchange for you by offering the communication, coordination, and scheduling of all on-the-ground services.

If you have a smart lock or a lockbox, we will communicate with your guests about securing entry to your property. If you have a contact person, such as a neighbor, friend, or third-party service, we will gladly coordinate with them for guest arrival times and delays.
