Contacting Customer Experience: Request a callback

You can request a callback from one of our Customer Experience Specialists via your Guesty dashboard and a member of the team will be in touch within 15 minutes. Requesting a callback is a great way to contact us regarding urgent matters or emergencies that require a quick response from our team. Callbacks are available during phone support hours 9am-9pm EST, Monday-Friday.

Important:

The callback feature is subject to eligibility. Contact your account manager to enable this option.

Follow the instructions to request a callback.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. On the top-right of your screen, click the question mark icon to open the help widget.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the widget.
  4. Click Contact us.
  5. Click Request a Callback.
  6. Enter a subject and a description of your callback request.
  7. Under "Phone Number", select your country from the dropdown.
  8. Enter your phone number.
  9. Click Submit.

You can also submit a support ticket to the team for non-pressing matters or talk to us via live chat to get quick answers to urgent questions in real-time.
