Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. On the top-right of your screen, click the question mark icon to open the help widget.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the widget.
  4. Click New Chat
  5. Under Issue Topic, select a relevant topic from the drop-down.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Enter your message in the text box.
  8. Press Enter on your keyboard.


Add an attachment by clicking the paper clip icon before typing your chat message.
