Copy the Guesty API key

ֿStep by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the icon drop-down menu and select Setup mode.
  3. Click Integrations, then select Marketplace.
  4. Search for "Breezeway", then click Connect.
  5. At the top right click Connect.
  6. In the pop-up, copy the Integration token.
  7. Click OK.


The API token is valid for 4 hours only, proceed to the below steps to connect the partner immediately.

Connect Breezeway with Guesty

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to Breezeway, or fill out this form to create a new Breezeway account.
  2. Click Settings, then click Integrations.
  3. Locate Guesty integration, and click Add.
  4. A pop-up will open. In the field for "Integration Token", paste in your Guesty API key copied above. 
  5. Click Connect.
After you have successfully connected your Guesty account, your properties and reservations will begin loading shortly.

Sync Breezeway to update Guesty listing cleaning status

  1. Contact your Breezeway CSM to set up the feature that will update the status in Guesty to "clean".
