You can easily set up fixed percentage channel commissions on invoice items for your various booking channels or commissions paid to manual sources, such as travel agents. When you set up channel commissions for your whole account, they are applied to all of your listings by default. If specific listings need a different setup, you can follow these instructions to make those specific changes per listing. You can add channel commission on the following items:
- Total payout
- Accommodation fare
- Cleaning Fee
- Cancellation Fee
- All additional fees
- All taxes
Follow the instructions below to add channel commissions to your entire account.
Important:
Guesty does not calculate the channel commission for Airbnb, Booking.com, Hopper, or TripAdvisor. We receive the information directly from the channel itself.
