An imported reservation is a reservation that arrived in Guesty after the time it was confirmed. For example, when a reservation was confirmed before the listing was connected to Guesty, or the booking channel experienced downtime at the time of its confirmation. Follow the instructions below to check if a reservation was imported.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Scroll down to the "Log" section.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click More, then select Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- In the right sidebar, click the full-screen icon , located to the right of the reservation number.
- Scroll down to the "Log" section.
"Reservation was imported" will be displayed if it was imported. If not, the reservation arrived in Guesty at the time of confirmation.
Important:
- If a Booking.com reservation is imported, any changes made directly in Booking.com will not be updated in Guesty.
- Imported future reservations from Booking.com, that weren't checked in before the listing was linked with Guesty, will not include guest credit card details.
