An imported reservation is a reservation that arrived in Guesty after the time it was confirmed. For example, when a reservation was confirmed before the listing was connected to Guesty, or the booking channel experienced downtime at the time of its confirmation.
Follow the instructions below to check if a reservation was imported.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click Reservations.
  3. Select the relevant reservation.
  4. Scroll down to the "Log" section.
