Manage reservations on the go with the Guesty mobile app. Add, edit, and delete reservations directly from your phone.
Update the Guesty mobile app to use our latest features.
Limitations
- Approve or decline a reservation using the desktop version. The Approve and Decline buttons may not display correctly in the app.
- Contact us to change the reservation "Source".
Locate a reservation
Follow the steps below to quickly search for a reservation.
Step by step:
- Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
- At the top-right corner, tap
. - Enter the guest name or confirmation code.
Create a reservation
Create a reservation using one of the methods below.
Via the Multi-Calendar tab
Step by step:
- At the bottom, tap
to open the Multi-Calendar. - Tap the start date for the reservation.
- In the pop-up, tap New reservation.
- Select the date range on the calendar and tap Confirm.
- Enter the guest details, number of guests, and payment information.
- Tap Book reservation.
Via the reservations tab
Step by step:
- At the bottom, tap
to open the reservations tab. - Tap + to add a new reservation.
- Select the property, dates, and guest details, and tap Confirm.
- Tap Book reservation.
Manage a reservation
You can view and edit reservation details in two main sections of the app.
Tap
in the top-right corner to manage:
- Operations: Track cleaning tasks and maintenance.
- Property: View property details.
- Guest: View and update guest information.
- Automated messages: View and edit automated messages.
- Finance: View and edit the guest folio or share an invoice.
- Payments: Set up auto-payments to collect reservation payments.
Tap
in the top-right corner and select Edit reservation to manage:
- Status & channel: Confirm or cancel a reservation.
- Guests: Update the guest count.
- Listing: Change the assigned listing.
- Dates: Modify check-in, check-out, ETA, or ETD times.
- Notes: Add or edit internal notes.
- Special requests: Log guest requests.
- Travel information: Add details such as transportation method or flight number.
- Keycode: Enter a keycode for guest access.
Access a reservation
You can access a specific reservation from the Reservations, Inbox, or Multi-Calendar tabs.
Step by step:
- Sign in to the Guesty Mobile App.
- Access the reservation list:
- Tap
to view all of your reservations. - Tap
to open the Multi-Calendar. - Tap
to open the Inbox.
- Tap
- Tap the relevant reservation or conversation thread.
- In the Multi-Calendar, tap Go to reservation.
- In the Inbox, tap the reservation number (for example, GY-9h63z6Bt).
Change a reservation's listing
Follow the steps below to move a guest to a different listing directly from the app:
Step by step:
- Access the relevant reservation.
- Tap
in the top-right corner and select Edit reservation. - Tap Listing.
- Under "Listing", tap the arrow next to the listing name.
- Select the new listing.
- Tap Edit.
Change a reservation's number of guests
Follow the steps below to update the number of guests for a specific reservation:
Step by step:
- Access the relevant reservation.
- Tap Guests.
- Edit the number of guests using the arrows.
- Tap Save.
Add information to a reservation's custom field
Follow the steps below to use custom fields to add specific details to a reservation. You must create custom fields in Guesty first.
Step by step:
- Access the relevant reservation.
- Scroll down to "Extra Information".
- Tap
. - Edit the relevant information.
- Tap Save.
Filter reservations
Filter the reservations list to find specific bookings. By default, the view displays confirmed reservations.
To access filters, tap
next to the search button.
Available filters
Filter by the following criteria:
- Date: Select a date to view reservations for that specific day. Tap Select a date to open the calendar.
- Status: Filter by reservation status (such as Confirmed or Canceled).
- Cities: Filter by specific location. Tap Select a city.
Manage filters
Use the options below to clear or apply your selection:
- Clear individual filters: Tap Clear next to a category (Date, Status, Cities).
- Reset all filters: Tap Reset all at the top right.
- Apply filters: Tap View results at the bottom.
