We made an important update to how Owner reservations work. As part of these changes, this notification method will be phased out in the near future.
For all new owner reservations, you'll need to create a message automation to receive notifications.
When an owner blocks dates through the Owners Portal, you can receive automated notifications by setting up message automation for owner reservations.
You can set up Email notifications for the following owner actions via the Owners Portal:

Owner reservation confirmation: Sent when the owner creates a personal stay.

Owner reservation updates: Sent when the owner updates their personal stay.

Owner reservation cancellation: Sent when the owner cancels a personal stay.
Note:
The automated email notifications your owner receives can't be deactivated, edited, or changed.
