The name of a reservation's rate plan can be seen in two places in Guesty:
- On the relevant reservation page in the "Guest invoice" section, above the financial breakdown.
- In your custom reservation reports, by adding the "Rate-plan name" column.
Note:
- Rate plans can't be changed once a reservation is confirmed.
- Rate plans that are managed in Guesty have "Guesty" in their name.
