Where can I find the name of a reservation’s rate plan?

The name of a reservation's rate plan can be seen in two places in Guesty:

On the relevant reservation page in the "Guest Invoice" section, above the financial breakdown.
In your custom reservation reports, by adding the "Rate-plan name" column.

Note:

Rate plans cannot be changed once a reservation is confirmed.

Tip:

Rate plans that are managed in Guesty have "Guesty" in their name.
