Are special requests from Booking.com guests received in Guesty?

Due to constraints of the API messaging delivery system that connects Guesty and Booking.com, special requests made by guests in Booking.com aren't received in Guesty.
This includes the following special requests:
  • Check-in/out
  • Date change
  • Cancel for less
  • Parking
  • Bed preference
  • Extra crib
  • Extra bed (“add an extra bed”)
  • Unstructured self-service requests. For example, invoice requests
