Are inquiries or special requests from Booking.com guests received in Guesty?

Inquiries and special requests made by guests via Booking.com cannot be received in Guesty, due to constraints of the API messaging delivery system connecting Guesty and Booking.com.
This includes the following special requests:
  • Check-in/out
  • Date change
  • Cancel for less
  • Parking
  • Bed preference
  • Extra crib
  • Extra bed (“add an extra bed”)
