Are inquiries or special requests from Booking.com guests received in Guesty?

Inquiries and special requests from Booking.com guests cannot be received in Guesty, due to constraints of the API messaging delivery system connecting Guesty and Booking.com.
This includes the following (structured) requests:
  • Check-in/out
  • Date change
  • Cancel for less
  • Parking
  • Bed preference
  • Extra crib
  • Extra bed (“add an extra bed”)
