Inquiries and special requests from guests cannot be received in Guesty, due to constraints of the API messaging delivery system connecting Guesty and
This includes the following (structured) requests:
  • Check-in/out
  • Date change
  • Cancel for less
  • Parking
  • Bed preference
  • Extra crib
  • Extra bed (“add an extra bed”)
