You can set up a non-refundable discount on an Airbnb listing in Guesty. The discount will be offered in addition to the listing's cancellation policy for reservations that were made no more than 60 days before the check-in date, and until the cancellation policy comes into effect. Non-refundable discounts are offered on top of the total price of the listing, which is calculated including any discounts, promotions, rate strategies, and more.
Follow the instructions below to set up a non-refundable discount for an Airbnb listing.
Important:
Non-refundable discounts cannot be applied to super strict 30 and super strict 60 cancellation policies or to listings in Italy.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In the listing's menu, click Pricing & Policies.
- Select Reservation policies from the drop-down.
- In the "Cancellation policy" section on the right, click Edit.
- Turn on the Add a non-refundable discount toggle.
- Under "Discount," select the desired discount percentage: The default is 10%.
- Click Save.
