Updating your Rentals United password in Guesty

In order for your Rentals United account and all connected booking channels to sync with Guesty, your credentials must be up to date.

The password for your Rentals United account must be exactly the same on both Rentals United and Guesty in order for any data to sync. If you change your password in Rentals United, you must also update it in Guesty. If not, the integration won't work — which can result in double bookings.

Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. Click Distribution.
  4. Click the Rentals United thumbnail.
  5. Select the relevant integration.
  6. Under "Password", click Show/Edit password.
  7. Enter your Guesty credentials: Username and Password.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Enter the updated password.
  10. Click Save.
