Copy the Guesty API key
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Integrations to open the dropdown menu. - Select Marketplace.
- Click the "BeHome247" thumbnail.
- At the top-right, click Connect.
- In the pop-up, click
to copy the API key. - Click OK.
Important:
The API key is valid for 4 hours only. Proceed to the steps below to connect the partner immediately.
Connect BeHome247 with Guesty
Step by step:
- Connect your BeHome247 account.
- Provide the API key shared above with your BeHome247 representative.
- The connection will be take care of by BeHome247 and you will be notified once everything is ready.
- Validate your integration.
- To check that the integration is working properly, your BeHome247 representative will trigger the initial synchronization process where all your properties and reservations will be transferred from Guesty and notify you when you’re ready for the kick off!
Sharing key codes with guests
To share the key codes with guests, set up automated messages that include the code variable {{key_code}}.
Schedule the message to be sent at least 20 minutes after reservation confirmation to allow time for the variable to populate.
