The integration with Guesty enables Property Managers to optimize operations and provide an outstanding guest experience. Follow the instructions below to connect BeHome247 to Guesty.

Copy the Guesty API key

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click
  3. Click Guesty Marketplace.
  4. Search for "BeHome247" then click Connect.
  5. At the top right click Connect.
  6. In the pop-up, copy the Integration token.
  7. Click OK.


The API token is valid for 4 hours only, proceed to the below steps to connect the partner immediately.

Connect BeHome247 with Guesty


The key expiration is set to 4 hours after it is generated. Please provide it to BeHome247 as soon as possible after generating it.

Step by step:

  1. Connect your BeHome247 account.
    1. Provide the API key shared above with your BeHome247 representative.
    2. The connection will be take care of by BeHome247 and you will be notified once everything is ready. 
  2. Validate your integration.
    1. To check that the integration is working properly, your BeHome247 representative will trigger the initial synchronization process where all your properties and reservations will be transferred from Guesty and notify you when you’re ready for the kick off!

Sharing key codes with guests

In order to share the key codes with your guests you must set up Automated Messages that include the code variable. Follow the steps below.

  1. Create or edit an automated message to send to guests based on reservation confirmation or check-in. See more information here.
    • Schedule at least 20 minutes after reservation confirmation to allow time for the variable to populate.
  2. In your message content, use the variable {{key_code}}. See more information here.
