The information in this article is relevant only for the Vrbo full sync connection type.
A rental agreement is uploaded when connecting a Vrbo account to Guesty. Only one rental agreement can be uploaded per Vrbo account, which can replace this at any time. The new rental agreement is automatically sent to Vrbo.
Before you begin
You can upload your own agreement or customize Guesty's rental agreement template.
Include house rules and cancellation policy in the rental agreement. Contact details, social media accounts or website addresses should not be disclosed.
The rental agreement will apply to all of your listings. Uploading a different rental agreement per listing is not possible.
Replace Vrbo rental agreement
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the HomeAway/Vrbo thumbnail.
- Next to the relevant account, click
. - In the pop-up, click Replace under Rental Agreement.
- Select the relevant document.
- Click Save.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Channels then select Vrbo.
- To the right of the relevant account, click .
- In the pop-up under "Rental Agreement", upload or replace the file.
- Click Save.
