A rental agreement is uploaded when connecting a Vrbo account to Guesty. You can replace this at any time. The new rental agreement is automatically sent to Vrbo. Follow the instructions below.
Important:
Include house rules and cancellation policy in the rental agreement. Contact details, social media accounts or website addresses should not be disclosed.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
- From the drop-down, click Distribution.
- Click the HomeAway/Vrbo thumbnail.
- Next to the relevant account, click the
icon. - In the pop-up, click Replace under Rental Agreement.
- Select the relevant document.
- Click Save.
Note:
Only one rental agreement can be uploaded per Vrbo account.
