PriceLabs provides innovative revenue management solutions. After connecting to Guesty, PriceLabs manages your pricing and minimum nights based on your customizations.
Updating the price per night manually and the Guesty's rate strategy feature overrides rates generated by a pricing tool such as PriceLabs.
The frequency of syncing prices from PriceLabs to Guesty is set in PriceLabs. By default, prices sync every 24 hours. You can set more frequent syncs. When you sync prices manually, it may take up to 15 minutes for the new rates to appear in Guesty.
PriceLabs doesn't alter calendar blocks or additional fees. Extra person fees are updated by PriceLabs.
PriceLabs is not supported in the following countries: Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and Syria.
Follow the instructions below to connect PriceLabs to Guesty.
Copy the Guesty API key
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click
and select Marketplace.
- Search for "PriceLabs" then click Connect.
- At the top right, click Connect.
- In the pop-up, copy the API key.
- Click OK.
Important:
The API key is only valid for 4 hours, so proceed to the below steps to connect the partner immediately.
Connect PriceLabs with Guesty
Step by step:
- Sign in to your PriceLabs account.
- In the top-left corner, click Add your listings.
- From the pop-up, select Guesty as your PMS.
- In the pop-up, paste the API key in the designated field.
- Check Use Guesty nicknames to import the listings' nicknames from Guesty into the "Tags" column of the PriceLabs dashboard, or uncheck to import the listings' tags.
- Click Connect.
- You can only connect one PriceLabs account with Guesty.
Manage listing pricing through PriceLabs
Step by step:
- Sign in to your PriceLabs account.
- Under "Sync prices", toggle on the relevant listing to begin managing pricing through PriceLabs, or toggle off to stop.
- Under "Review pricing", click Review pricing for the relevant listing to see PriceLabs' suggested price per night.
Changes in pricing automatically update in Guesty based on the frequency set in PriceLabs. Click Sync now! for a manual sync at any time.
Add new Guesty listings after being connected
If you add new listings in Guesty after you've connected to PriceLabs, follow the steps below to connect these listings to PriceLabs. Also, if you update a listing nickname in Guesty, follow these steps to update the name in PriceLabs as well.
- Sign in to your PriceLabs account.
- Click Add/Reconnect listings, selecting “Guesty” as the PMS provider.
- From the dropdown menu, select your existing account.
- Select the listing from the dropdown menu of the account you want to reconnect or add new listings to.
- Click Reconnect account.

Go to the PriceLabs dashboard view to verify the new listings appear.
Import channel reservations
Importing past reservations can significantly improve your smart pricing recommendations. Before importing channel reservations, contact us to update the confirmation dates in Guesty. This allows PriceLabs to sync the correct channel confirmation dates.
Troubleshooting PriceLabs & Guesty price mismatch
Note:
To sync check-in, check-out, or orphan nights settings from PriceLabs, contact PriceLabs support or chat at PriceLabs' website and request the check-in/check-out feature for your account. Once enabled, set up restrictions within PriceLabs. These restrictions are only visible in PriceLabs—not in Guesty.

Common issues handled by PriceLabs
PriceLabs is responsible for:
- Dynamic pricing recommendations
- Custom rate rules (minimum stays, occupancy-based pricing, seasonal pricing)
- Sync timing, delays, or failed sync attempts
- Linking a listing from PriceLabs to Guesty
- Changes made inside PriceLabs not appearing in Guesty
If the issue is caused by PriceLabs logic or configuration, PriceLabs must investigate first.
What to provide to PriceLabs
When you contact PriceLabs, include the following details:
- Listing name and Guesty listing ID.
- Description of the issue.
- Dates where the issue is visible.
- Screenshots from PriceLabs and/or the Guesty Calendar.
- Any recent changes you made in PriceLabs (pricing rules, listing activation, configuration changes).
Providing all five items helps PriceLabs diagnose issues more quickly and confirm whether data is being sent correctly to Guesty.
Who should I contact for support?
Contact PriceLabs Support first if:
- Pricing or rate rules are incorrect
- Minimum stay or restriction rules are not behaving as expected
- Price changes are delayed or not appearing
- A listing does not link or sync from PriceLabs to Guesty
The PriceLabs Team will notify Guesty if they confirm the data was sent successfully, but still observe unexpected behavior in Guesty or on connected channels.
