PriceLabs provides innovative revenue management solutions. Once connected to Guesty, PriceLabs will manage pricing and minimum nights based on the customization you set up.
We recommend not to use a pricing tool in correlation with Guesty’s rate strategy feature, as rate strategy can override rates generated by a pricing tool. Additionally, updating nighty rates manually will also override the rates provided by the pricing tool. Learn more about combining revenue management tools.
Follow the instructions below to connect PriceLabs to Guesty.

PriceLabs doesn't alter calendar blocks or additional fees.Copy the Guesty API key
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Setup mode.
- Click Integrations, then select Marketplace.
- Search for "PriceLabs" then click Connect.
- At the top right, click Connect.
- In the pop-up, copy the Integration token.
- Click OK.

and select Guesty Marketplace.
- On the "Pricelabs" card click Connect.
- At the top right click Connect.
- In the pop-up, copy the Integration token.
- Click OK.
Important:
The API token is valid for 4 hours only, proceed to the below steps to connect the partner immediately.
Connect PriceLabs with Guesty
Step by step:
- Sign in to your PriceLabs account.
- In the top left corner, click Add Your Listings.
- From the pop-up, select Guesty as your PMS.
- In the pop-up, paste the API Key in the designated field.
- In the pop-up, check Use Guesty Nicknames to import the listings' nicknames from Guesty into the Tags column of the PriceLabs dashboard, or uncheck to import the listings' tags.
- Click Connect.
Manage listing pricing through PriceLabs
Note:
- When syncing data from PriceLabs to Guesty Lite, monthly and weekly discounts will not be synced and you may experience an error message. This is expected, as these discounts are not supported for Guesty Lite. The error will not interfere with the syncing of rates and minimum nights.
- It may take up to 15 minutes for the new rates to show in Guesty when you sync manually. If there are no changes after this time, please contact us for assistance
Step by step:
- Sign in to your PriceLabs account.
- Under Sync Prices, turn the toggle on for the relevant listing to begin managing pricing through PriceLabs, or turn it off to stop.
- Under Review Pricing, click Review Pricing for the relevant listing to see PriceLabs' suggested price per night.
- Changes in pricing will automatically update in Guesty once a day, or click Sync Now! for a manual sync.
Add new Guesty listings after connection
If you add new listings in Guesty after you've connected to PriceLabs, follow the steps below to connect these listings to PriceLabs.
- Sign in to your PriceLabs account.
- Click Add/Reconnect listings, selecting “Guesty” as the PMS provider.
- From the drop-down, select your existing account.
- Click any listing name in the dropdown of the account you want to reconnect/add new listings to.
- Click Reconnect Account.
Navigate to the Pricelabs dashboard view to verify that the new listings are appearing.
