The Booking.com connection detector is an agent that finds active listings that aren't connected to Booking.com. It helps you identify setup gaps so you can finish connecting those listings in Guesty.
This read-only tool only reports on connection status. It does not change your integrations or connect listings.
Limitations
Review the following limitations before using the Booking.com connection detector:
- Active listings only: The agent scans only active listings.
- Multi-unit sub-units: The scan excludes sub-units under a multi-unit. Learn more about how different listing types sync with booking channels.
- Report size: The report shows up to 50 of the newest unconnected listings. If you have more, clear them over multiple runs after you connect the listings already reported.
Understand the Booking.com connection detector agent
The agent is triggered manually.
The agent scans your active listings and checks each connection status. It flags unconnected listings in a report, including the listing nicknames, so you can follow up.
During each run, the agent does the following:
- Scans all of your active listings.
- Checks the Booking.com connection status for each listing.
- Creates a report in the activity feed that lists the nicknames of up to 50 of the newest unconnected listings.

After each run, the report in your activity feed will display one of the following statuses:
- "Done": The run completed successfully, and the agent found no unconnected listings.
- "Action needed": The agent found unconnected listings that require follow-up in Distribution.
The report includes the following details:

- A list of the listings and their connection status
- The recommended next step
Resolve flagged listings
Because the detector is a reporting tool, take action on any flagged listings. Review the nicknames in the activity feed report, then connect each listing to Booking.com from the Distribution page.
Learn more about connecting Booking.com to Guesty, how to reconnect a disconnected listing, and what steps to take before linking existing Booking.com listings.
Tip:
After you connect a batch of listings, run the agent again to confirm those gaps are cleared and to surface the next set of unconnected listings if your portfolio is larger than the report limit.
