Can a fractional owner also be an additional contact?

Yes. If a fractional owner manages other properties under a separate LLC or needs access to another owner's portal, add their email address as an additional contact to that specific owner profile.

How does revenue display for fractional owners if I don't use Guesty Accounting?

Non-accounting users will see 100% of the revenue displayed in their portal regardless of their assigned ownership fraction. Revenue division calculations require Guesty Accounting.

What happens when an additional contact creates a reservation?

Reservations created by additional contacts show as created by the primary owner entity. The system doesn't label the reservation with the additional contact's specific name.

Can an additional contact have higher access permissions than the primary owner?

No. Additional contacts can never access more features than the primary owner. If an owner profile lacks access to a specific module, you can't grant it to their additional contact.
