This Trip.com integration is available to users connecting after August 20, 2026.

Before you begin

Before connecting, ensure your properties in Guesty are active and listed. Trip.com doesn't publish unlisted or inactive properties.

After connecting, you can learn more about how to manage your Trip.com listings directly in Guesty.

Connecting existing listings

If you already have properties listed on Trip.com, link them with the listings connected through Guesty to avoid duplicates.

After you complete the connection and add the listings to Trip.com, contact Trip.com support and request them to link the listings. Make sure to include the details of your original listings and the new listings created by Guesty.

Manage existing reservations

When you connect the Trip.com account to Guesty, Trip.com only syncs reservations for bookings made on or after the connection date. Existing reservations confirmed on Trip.com before the connection don't sync to Guesty.

Ensure your calendar remains accurate and avoid potential overbookings across other connected channels.

Step by step:

  1. Log in to your Trip.com extranet and obtain a list of all active or upcoming reservations confirmed before the Guesty connection date.
  2. Add the missing bookings to the Guesty calendar. Choose one of the following methods:
    • Manually create reservations (Recommended): Add a reservation in Guesty, and enter the stay dates, guest details, and pricing, then select Trip.com as the source channel. This updates your calendar and closes availability across all connected booking channels.
    • Block dates on the calendar: If you don't need full reservation and guest data in Guesty for reporting, navigate to your Guesty calendar and manually block the affected dates for each listing.
    • Bulk CSV Import: If you have a large number of pre-existing bookings, contact Guesty support to request assistance with a bulk reservation import.

Note:

All new reservations confirmed on Trip.com after your connection date sync with Guesty automatically.

Connect additional listings

To connect new properties, click Connect listings at the top-right corner of your Trip.com dashboard and follow steps 7 to 11 from connecting your Trip.com account and listings.

Sync listing changes

Changes you make to a listing in Guesty only sync to Trip.com if the listing's connection status is "Live on channel".

  • Live on channel: Changes sync automatically to Trip.com.
  • Failed: Reinitiate the connection process to sync updates to the channel.
  • Pending: Changes don't sync until the status updates to either "Live on channel" or "Failed".

Disconnect a listing

You can disconnect a listing from Trip.com at any time. Follow the instructions in our article on disconnecting a listing in Guesty.
