Tracking reservations missing guest reviews

Use a reservation report to follow up on guest reviews or track stays that need a review. By adding the relevant filters and columns, you can easily spot reservations with empty review fields.

Create a new reservation report and apply the following filters and columns:

  • Filters: "Listing", "Check-in" or "Check-out" date range, "Source", and any other relevant filters
  • Columns: "Guest's private review", "Guest's public review", and "Guest's review created at"

Reservations with empty fields in the review columns are missing a guest review.
