Booking.com is investigating the technical issue that is preventing messages from syncing correctly within the Guesty Inbox.
This is affecting a small subset of reservations. The issue is impacting communication for Request to Book (RTB) reservations that were converted into Confirmed bookings. As a result, you may not see guest replies, and your sent messages may fail to deliver.
If you use the "Request to Book" setting on Booking.com, please temporarily manage communication for these specific reservations directly via the Booking.com Extranet. Alternatively, you may use Guesty's Inbox SMS or WhatsApp communication to ensure your guests receive a timely response.
