We are currently aware of a system-wide issue impacting reservation management within Guesty. Users may experience problems with search visibility, Guest App, payment automation and communication workflows.
Update on the impacted areas with delays in the following:
- Auto-messages – Delays in sending scheduled communications
- Auto-payments – Delays are still observed
- Auto-tasks – Automatic task creation is currently not functioning
- Guest App – Links sent to guests after the incident may not work when accessed
- Guest Screen / Damage Protection / Locks – Experiencing delays in updates and functionality
- Search – Newly created reservations, properties, or guests (post-incident) may not appear in search results
- Homepage – Reservation data may reflect the state prior to 1 PM (IL) today
