Reservation Alteration, Sync timeouts, Search, Creation & Automation Delays | 05.04.2026

We are currently aware of a system-wide issue impacting reservation management within Guesty. Users may experience problems with reservation alterations, syncing delays, timeouts, search visibility, reservation creation, and automation/communication workflows.

Impacted Areas

  • Reservation Alterations: Changes to reservations (e.g., dates, guest details, or unit assignments) may fail, not save correctly, or take longer than expected to apply.
  • Reservation Syncing & Timeouts: Reservations may not sync properly across the platform, and users may encounter timeouts that are related to availability sync, pricing, and content.
  • Search Functionality: Existing reservations may not appear in the search bar despite being present in the system.
  • Reservation Creation: Users may be unable to create new reservations or may experience errors/timeouts during the process.
  • Automation & Communication Workflows: Automated messages, triggers, and workflows (such as confirmations and reminders) may be delayed or not executed as expected.
