Pilot: Connecting your Livily account and listings to Guesty

Livily is one of the first  AI-driven  platforms in the world to connect professionally managed vacation rentals into this global business travel infrastructure. Through the Livly app, residents can manage essential tasks such as paying rent, submitting maintenance requests, and booking amenities, while also receiving real-time package notifications. Use Livily to tap into the $700B+ corporate travel market.

Before you begin

  • Ensure your properties are active and listed. Unlisted or inactive listings will not be published to Livily.
  • A minimum of five photos os required per listing
  • A corporate discount ranging between 10% to 30% must be set during registration. 20% is the recommended corporate discount . 

Important:

Only multi-units and single units can be linked to Livily.

Connect your account and listings

Follow the steps below to connect your Livily account and listings to Guesty.

  1. Register for an Livily account.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  3. In the side navigation menu, click Marketing and sales icon Marketing and sales to open the dropdown menu.
  4. Under Channel management, select Distribution.
  5. Locate the Livily thumbnail and click Connect.
  6. Click Start connecting to Livily.
  7. Click Continue to connect listings.
  8. Select a cancellation policy, and a cancellation fee if relevant, from the dropdown menus, then click Next.
  9. Choose the listings you'd like to connect:
    • Select All my current listings
    • Select Specific listings and click Select listings to connect. Check the boxes for the relevant listings, and click Done.
  10. Click Done.
  11. Click Continue to dashboard.

Connect additional properties

To connect new properties after your Livily account is connected to Guesty, click Connect listings at the top-right corner of your Livily dashboard and follow steps 7 to 11 above.

Sync property changes

Changes to properties sync to Livily only if the listing's status is "Live on channel". If the listing status is "Pending", changes won't sync until the status changes to either "Live on Channel" or "Failed".

  • Live on channel: Changes sync automatically to the channel.
  • Failed: Reinitiate the connection process to sync the updates to the channel.

Updates take up to 24 hours to reflect on Livily.

Disconnect a property

Follow the instructions to disconnect a property.
