Connecting your Angells account and listings to Guesty

Connecting to Angells.io allows property managers and accommodation providers to integrate their inventory with a B2B collaborative platform dedicated to the French tourism and international mobility sectors. This integration facilitates partnerships with travel agents and event planners by automating reservations, synchronizing property data, and streamlining B2B communication between concierges and global mobility professionals.

Before you begin

Ensure your properties are active and listed. Unlisted or inactive listings will not be published to Angells.

Important:

Multi-units aren't supported.

Connect your account and listings

Follow the steps below to connect your Angells account and listings to Guesty.

  1. Register for an Angells account.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  3. In the side navigation menu, click Marketing and sales icon Marketing and sales to open the dropdown menu.
  4. Under Channel management, select Distribution.
  5. Locate the Angells thumbnail and click Connect.
  6. Click Start connecting to Angells.
  7. Click Continue to connect listings.
  8. Select a cancellation policy, and a cancellation fee if relevant, from the dropdown menus, then click Next.
  9. Choose the listings you'd like to connect:
    • Select All my current listings
    • Select Specific listings and click Select listings to connect. Check the boxes for the relevant listings, and click Done.
  10. Click Done.
  11. Click Continue to dashboard.

Connect additional properties

To connect new properties after your Angells account is connected to Guesty, click Connect listings at the top-right corner of your Angells dashboard and follow steps 7 to 11 above.

Sync property changes

Changes to properties sync to Angells only if the listing's status is "Live on channel". If the listing status is "Pending", changes won't sync until the status changes to either "Live on Channel" or "Failed".

  • Live on channel: Changes sync automatically to the channel.
  • Failed: Reinitiate the connection process to sync the updates to the channel.

Updates take up to 24 hours to reflect on Angells.

Disconnect a property

Follow the instructions to disconnect a property.
