Issue with charge guest schedule payments | 02.05.2026

Following a system migration on February 5, a technical issue impacted the automated Charge Guest scheduling service. This caused some scheduled payments to remain in a Pending status beyond their expected processing time.

What Caused This?
A background system update temporarily disrupted the verification of guest information, preventing automated charges from completing as scheduled for approximately 22 hours.

Resolution Status
Our engineering team identified the root cause and implemented a fix by 10:00 PM on February 5.
