Guesty Card is a pay-in-full charge card and integrated transaction solution designed for the short-term rental industry. This feature provides flexible credit options, real-time transaction tracking, and seamless integration with your Guesty account to help maintain financial agility and control team spending.
Guesty Card is issued by First Internet Bank of Indiana (Member FDIC) in partnership with Guesty and CapitalOS.
Using current Guesty financial data and activity, you can apply for credit approval quickly to access:

Qualifications
Business performance determines eligibility for a Guesty Card. Performance data sets the initial credit line, and credit limits update based on periodic reviews. If eligible, you can accept limit increases as your business grows.
Apply for Guesty card
Apply for credit approval in minutes using existing Guesty financial data without lengthy paperwork. Follow the steps below to apply for a Guesty Card.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- At the top-right corner, click
and select Guesty Add‑ons. - Under "Guesty Card", click Learn more.
- Click Apply now and complete the application.
Once approved, you will receive your credit line, start issuing cards, and manage transactions from the Guesty Card page.
Create a new card
Follow the steps below to create a new card.
Step by step:
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Financials mode.
- Click More, then select Financials add-ons and Guesty Card.
- Click Manage cards.
- Click Create card.
- Complete all required card information, including choosing between a physical and virtual card.
- Click Create card.
Control and budget transactions
Customize spending limits, budgets, and transaction categories for each card. Follow the steps below to manage card settings.
Step by step:
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Financials mode.
- Click More, then select Financials add-ons and Guesty Card.
- Click More and select Edit policy settings.
- Edit the settings, and click Save.
- Verify the changes by entering the confirmation code you'll receive as a message to your phone, and click Verify.
Monitor transactions
Click More insights in the Guesty Card page to review "spend by card" and "spend by category".

Scroll down to "Transactions" to filter and download specific data.

Outstanding statement balances are automatically debited monthly from the designated bank account. If an automatic debit fails, the card may be locked until the balance is repaid. Late fees apply for missed payments.
Important:
When using both Guesty Accounting and QuickBooks, Guesty Card transaction data pushes to the accounting tool automatically. To prevent duplicate reporting, exclude Guesty Card transactions when working in QuickBooks.
