Pilot: Connecting AutoComply in Croatia

Guesty’s AutoComply add-on streamlines regulatory compliance by automating the collection and reporting of guest data to authorities. This feature reduces your administrative workload and ensures compliance with local regulations, while allowing guests a worry-free stay.

See below for details required to connect AutoComply to eVisitor Police Portal in Croatia.

Step by step:

1. Log in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click
3. Select Guesty Add-ons from the dropdown menu.
4. Under “AutoComply”, click Launch.
5. In the lefthand menu, click Properties.
6. Click a property to connect it to AutoComply.
7. Search or filter for the relevant property, then click Police Connection.
8. Select eVisitor in the first field then fill in the additional fields:
   1. User name
   2. Password
   3. External ID
9. Click Validate. Then, click Save changes.
10. At the top right, click Next.

The guest data is automatically sent to the authorities on the day of check-in around 22:00 UTC. If the guests register past this time, you will need to manually send the data.
