Guesty’s AutoComply automates the collection and reporting of guest data to authorities. This reduces your administrative workload and ensures compliance with local regulations, allowing guests a worry-free stay.
See below for the steps to connect your properties to AVS (Germany), Feratel, or Allgäu Walser Pass (Tramino).
Connect to police authorities

Credential definitions
- Objekt-ID (Property ID): A unique identifier linking guest data to the specific accommodation legally responsible for reporting.
- Firma-ID (Company ID): Identifies the legal entity operating the business. It ensures all listings link to the correct business entity.
- Kurverwaltung-ID (Spa Administration ID): Links the accommodation to the local tourism authority that manages guest registrations.
If the municipality has questions about the data they must provide, contact AVS at meldeschein@avs.de for assistance.
Feratel
Contact your local municipality and tell them you will send data via Chekin (Company code VT: CheKin). They will provide two codes. Map them to the AutoComply fields as follows:
- Community number (Gemeinde): Enter this in the "Username" field.
- Mapping code (Objektcode): Enter this in the "Password" field.
Allgäu Walser Pass (Tramino)
The Allgäu Walser Pass (AWP) is a regional digital guest card for the Allgäu and Kleinwalsertal regions. Contact your local tourist association to request your API credentials for the Tramino/AWP interface.

Troubleshoot Feratel validation errors
If you receive an error during validation, your credentials may be incorrect, or the local municipality may not have activated your connection.
- Copy the following URL into your browser's address bar:
https://visitortax.deskline.net/ProcessData.asmx/GetVTInfo?betriebnr=XXXX&oestat=XXXX&companyCode=VTCH3K1N - Next to betriebnr=XXXX: Replace XXXX with your Mapping Code (Objektcode).
- Next to oestat=XXXX: Replace XXXX with your Community Number (Gemeinde).
- Click Enter.
- Check the response. If it matches the image below, contact the local office to check your credentials or activation status.

Activate Feratel guest cards
Under "Guest cards", toggle on Activate Feratel guest cards.
When active, Guesty asks guests for their email address. When Guesty sends data to Feratel, we request the guest cards and email them to the guest.
How the AVS integration works
AutoComply syncs data with AVS according to the following rules.
- Check-in reporting: AutoComply sends guest data to AVS at 10:00 UTC on the check-in date. Ensure all guests are registered in AutoComply before this time, as the system sends the guest group together. Otherwise, send the information manually.
- Updates: AutoComply sends guest data updates if you make changes before the data is printed.
- Cancellations: If a reservation is canceled, AutoComply removes guest data from your AVS account if the print is not yet complete.
