This article will guide you through locating payout information when you already have the reservation details. Following these simple steps will help you quickly locate and reconcile payments in the GuestyPay system.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Financials mode.
  3. Click Payment processing.
  4. Locate your username above the "GuestyPay" section on the right hand side. Click Copy text iconto copy it.
  5. Next to the username, click Payment dashboard.
  6. You will be redirected to the dashboard login page. Fill in your username you copied and the password, and click Sign in
  7. Navigate to the "Payout Reconciliation" tab from the main menu.

  8. Adjust the time filters to include the date when the payment was collected. You can find this collection date in the reservation details.
  9. Copy the reservation confirmation code from your reservation.
  10. In the Payouts Reconciliation page, locate the "Reconciliation Details" filter at the bottom of the page.
  11. Paste the confirmation code into the "Merchant Transaction Id" field.
  12. Click Search to display the payout information associated with your reservation.

Ensure you're using the correct date range that includes when the payment was processed and double-check that you've copied the confirmation code correctly. If you don't see results immediately, try expanding your date range slightly.
