StaysCo is a corporate accommodation platform connecting housing providers with multinational companies. With Guesty, you can manage your StaysCo listings, reservations, and guest communication seamlessly in one platform, keeping everything organized and efficient. StaysCo operates as a B2B channel, focusing exclusively on corporate travel and isn’t open to the public.
StaysCo only accepts properties located in Europe using EUR currency. Additionally, listings must have at least five photos.

Connect your account and properties
- Register for a StaysCo account.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Locate the StaysCo thumbnail and click Connect.
- Click Start connecting to StaysCo.
- Click Continue to connect listings.
- Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee (if applicable) from the dropdown menus, then click Next. You can change the cancellation policy at any time.
- Choose the properties to connect by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If choosing specific listings, click Select listings to connect, check the boxes for the relevant listings, and click Done.
- Click Done. A pop-up will confirm that your listings are pending connection with StaysCo.
- Click Continue to dashboard.
Connect additional properties
To connect additional properties after your StayCo account is connected to Guesty, click Connect listings in the top-right corner of your StayCo integration page and follow the steps above.
Disconnect a property
Follow the instructions in this article to disconnect a property from StaysCo.
Update a connected property
Updates made to properties after the connection process was initiated can only be synced to the channel if the listing’s status is “Live on channel”. Updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the channel.
