Connecting your StaysCo account and listings to Guesty

StaysCo is a corporate accommodation platform connecting housing providers with multinational companies. With Guesty, you can manage your StaysCo listings, reservations, and guest communication seamlessly in one platform, keeping everything organized and efficient. StaysCo operates as a B2B channel, focusing exclusively on corporate travel and isn’t open to the public.

This channel is not yet available to all of Guesty’s users. To join the pilot, fill out this form.

Before you begin

To ensure your listings meet StaysCo's requirements:

  • Listings must be located in Europe and use EUR as the currency. 
  • Include a minimum of 5 photos per listing for visibility and appeal.

Connect your account and listings

  1. Register for a StaysCo account here
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account. 
  3. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  4. Click Distribution
  5. Locate the StaysCo thumbnail and click Connect
  6. Click Start connecting to StaysCo.
  7. Click Continue to connect listings. 
  8. Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee (if applicable) from the dropdown menus, then click Next. You can change the cancellation policy at any time. 
  9. Choose the listings to connect by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If choosing specific listings, click Select listings to connect, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings, and click Done.

Note:

Only multi-units and single-units can be linked to StaysCo. Unlisted or inactive listings won't be published. Learn how to activate and list your listings.

  1. Click Done. A pop-up will confirm that your listings are pending connection with StaysCo.
  2. Click Continue to dashboard.

Connect additional listings

 To connect new listings after integrating StaysCo with Guesty: 

  1. Click Connect listings at the top-right corner of your StaysCo integration page. 
  2. Follow steps 9 to 11 above.  

Disconnect a listing/strong

Follow the instructions in this article to disconnect a listing from StaysCo.

Update a listing after initiating the connection process

Changes to listings sync only when the listing's status is “Live on channel”. For more information on connection statuses, see here.

Updates to listings can take up to 24 hours to reflect on StaysCo.
