When creating a business model, you define how income and expenses are split between the PMC, owners, and vendors. While the PMC commission usually covers net rental income, you can also customize the revenue share for specific fees, markups, and discounts.
By default, the system assigns 100% of these items to the PMC. Update your business model to redistribute these percentages based on your specific contracts.

- Cleaning fee
- Additional fees
- Extra person fee
- Weekly discount
- Markup or markdown - Only supported for direct reservations and the following channels:
- Agoda
- Airbnb
- Booking.com
