Adding or changing Travia room types or rate plans

After connecting your complex listings to Travia, you can update the connected room types or change the connected rate plans. Follow the steps below to make these changes.

Sync added room types from Travia

If you add a room type to your Hotel ID on Travia, sync it to Guesty by following these steps: 

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
3. Click Distribution.
4. Click the Travia thumbnail.
5. On the integration page, navigate to the relevant listing's row. In the "Actions" column, click the three dots icon, then click Sync updates from channel.

The integration page updates with the list of room types as they appear on Travia. After syncing, connect the room type and its rate plans across both platforms. Once connected, the listing is sellable and searchable on Travia. 

Change the mapping of room types or rate plans 

You can change the connected unit types or mapped rate plans of your listings. If you sync an added room type from Travia to Guesty, connect the room type and its rate plans across the two platforms to make the listing sellable and searchable on Travia. Follow these steps to update the connections.

Before you begin

• You must link room types in Guesty to their corresponding units on Travia before mapping the rate plans. If the unit types aren’t connected, the system prompts you to do so first. The room type appears as connected on the integration page only after you map the rate plans.
• To edit a mapped rate plan, first disconnect the rate plan. Wait for the status to change to “Not started”, then adjust the rate plan. 

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.

2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.

3. Click Distribution.

4. Click the Travia thumbnail.

5. On the integration page, navigate to the relevant listing's row. 

   • To change the connected room types, in the “Actions” column, click the three horizontal dots, then click Link unit type.
   • To change the rate plans of a room type, in the "Mapped rate plans" column, click .
6. Make the necessary changes.
