Connecting your Guesty listings to Invenio Homes

You can publish your Guesty listings to Invenio Homes and manage them directly in Guesty. Once connected, you can publish new listings anytime, with content synced across both platforms.

Invenio Homes accepts only luxury villas and apartments with a minimum nightly rate of €500 during peak season. Property listings must include 25 photos and a description of at least 300 words. 

Before you begin

  • Channel focused on ski resorts, accepts only luxury villas and apartments with a minimum nightly rate of 500€ during peak season.

  • Invenio Homes only accepts EUR.

  • Listings must include 25 pictures and a description of at least 300 words.

  • Before listings are onboarded, Invenio Homes will contact the Property Manager to discuss the connection, commission, etc. and sign an agreement regarding this. Once the agreement is signed, listing will be onboarded in Invenio Homes.

Connect Guesty properties to Invenio Homes

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. Click Distribution.
  4. Click the Invenio Homes thumbnail.
  5. Click Start connecting to Invenio Homes.
  6. Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee, then click Next. You can change the policy anytime.
  7. Choose the listings you'd like to connect by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If you choose the latter, click Select listings to connect. Then, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings, and click Done.

    Note:

    Only multi-units and single units can be linked to Invenio Homes. Unlisted or inactive listings won't be published.

  8. Click Done. A pop-up will notify you that your listings are pending connection.
  9. Click Continue to dashboard to go to the integration page.

Update a connected property

Updates made to properties after the connection process was initiated can only be synced to the channel if the listing’s status is “Live on channel”. Updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the channel.

Reconnect a disconnected listing

If you disconnected a listing from a booking channel, you can easily reconnect it. Learn more about the differences between unlisting, deactivating, deleting, removing, or disconnecting a listing

Reconnecting is only possible for listings in status "Live on channel" or "Failed". In the integration page, locate the listing you want to reconnect and click the horizontal ellipsis in the "Actions" column. Click Reconnect.
