Connecting your Guesty listings to


This channel is not yet available to all of Guesty’s users. If you’d like to join the pilot, please fill out this form.

You can publish your Guesty listings to and manage them directly in Guesty. Once your Guesty account is connected to, you can publish listings at any time, and all content will be synced across the platforms.

Before you begin

Below is some important information for you to note before you connect your listings.

  • You must have at least five properties
  • You must have a customer-facing website to be accepted


Connecting your account and listings

Step by step:

  1. Create your here.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  3. In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
  4. From the drop-down, select Distribution.
  5. Click the thumbnail.
  6. Click Start connecting to
  7. Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee, and then click Next.
    You can change the cancellation policy at any time via the listing's settings.
  8. Select the listings you want the cancellation policy to apply to.
    • By default, "All my current listings" will be selected
    • To choose specific listings:
      1. Fill in the bubble next to "Specific listings" and click Select listings to connect.
      2. Select your listings from the side menu and click Done.


        Only multi-units and single units can be linked to Any unlisted or inactive listings won't be published to

  9. Click Done to continue. 
  10. A pop-up will notify you that your listings are pending connection with Click Continue to dashboard.
