You can publish your Guesty listings to Rentalz.com and manage them directly in Guesty. Once your Guesty account is connected to Rentalz.com, you can publish listings at any time, and all content will sync across both platforms.
You must have at least five properties and a customer-facing website to advertise on Rentalz.com. Follow the steps below to connect your Guesty listings to Rentalz.com.
Connect your account and properties
Step by step:
- Complete the Rentalz distribution form here.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Distribution.
- Click the Rentalz.com thumbnail.
- Click Start connecting to Rentalz.com.
- Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee, and then click Next.
You can update the cancellation policy at any time. - Select the listings you want the cancellation policy to apply to.
- By default, All my current listings will be selected.
- Select Specific listings, and then click Select listings to connect.
- Select your listings from the side menu that opens, and click Done.
Note:
Only multi-units and single units can be linked to Rentalz.com. Unlisted or inactive listings won't be published.
- Click Done. A pop-up will confirm that your listings are pending connection with Rentalz.com. A member of the Rentalz support team will contact you to finalize the integration. After the integration, click Continue to dashboard.
Connection status
- Changes or updates to your listings may take up to 24 hours to appear on Rentalz.com.
