After you connect your complex listings to Trip.com, you can make changes to the connected room types or change the connected rate plans.

1. Sync added room types from Trip.com
If you added a room type to your Hotel ID on Trip.com, follow the instructions below to sync it to Guesty.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Trip.com thumbnail.
- In the integration page, navigate to the relevant listing's row. In the "Actions" column, click
and select Sync updates from channel.
The integration page will update with the relevant list of listings as it appears in the channel.
2. Change mapped room types or rate plans
After syncing the added room types from Trip.com, follow the instructions below to sync the room type and its rate plans between platforms.
Following the connection, the listing will be sellable and searchable on Trip.com.
Note:
- The room types in Guesty must be linked to their corresponding units in Trip.com before being able to map the corresponding rate plans. If you haven't connected the matching unit types, you'll be redirected to do so first. The room type will be in a connected status on the integration page only after the rate plans have been mapped.
- To edit a mapped rate plan (the room type will be in a connected status on the integration page), disconnect the rate plan. Wait for the status to change to "Not started", then adjust the rate plan.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.

- In the integration page, navigate to the relevant listing's row.
- To change the connected room types, in “Actions” column, click
