Handling payment failures due to invalid currency

Currencies are selected per payment processing account during the initial setup process. To ensure payments are successful, you must assign each listing to a payment processor that supports the listing's currency. 

For example, if your payment processor account uses USD, the listing's currency in your Guesty account must also be USD. You can update a listing's currency at any time to match the configuration of its associated payment provider.

Currency conversion limitations

GuestyPay, Merchant Warrior, and Hyp don't handle currency conversion. If the currency configuration of a listing and its associated payment provider don't match, the payment fails.

Tip:

To receive payments in multiple currencies, open additional GuestyPay accounts and associate each listing with the required account. Ensure you set your primary payment processing account as the default.
