You can customize automated messages with headings, images, lists, color schemes, and other elements by adding your own HTML design to the messages. Follow the instructions below.

Note:

HTML can only be added to messages sent via email.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click Operations to open the dropdown menu.
  3. Under Front desk, select Message automation.
  4. To the right of the relevant message automation, click the vertical ellipsisand select Edit.
  5. Select the automated message you'd like to edit.
  6. Enter the relevant the fields. 
  7. In the "How should the message be sent?" field, select Email.
  8. Scroll down to the "Message Content" section and click the horizontal ellipsis.
  9. Click the < > source code icon.
  10. In the pop-up window, insert your HTML design.
  11. Click Save.
