You can customize automated messages with headings, images, lists, color schemes, and other elements by adding your own HTML design to the messages. Follow the instructions below.
Note:
HTML can only be added to messages sent via email.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Automations and select Messaging from the dropdown menu.
- To the right of the relevant workflow, click the three vertical dots.
- Click Edit.
- Click the automated message you'd like to edit.
- Fill in the relevant information in the fields ("Name", "When the email should be sent?", etc.)
- In the "How should the message be sent?" field, select Email.
- Scroll down to the "Message Content" section and click the three horizontal dots.
- Click the < > source code icon.
- In the pop-up window, insert your HTML design.
- Click Save.
Step by step:
