Adding HTML to an automated message

You can customize automated messages with headings, images, lists, color schemes, and other elements by adding your own HTML design to the messages. Follow the instructions below.

Note:

HTML can only be added to messages sent via email.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Automations and select Messaging from the dropdown menu.
  4. To the right of the relevant workflow, click the three vertical dots.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Click the automated message you'd like to edit.
  7. Fill in the relevant information in the fields ("Name", "When the email should be sent?", etc.)
  8. In the "How should the message be sent?" field, select Email.
  9. Scroll down to the "Message Content" section and click the three horizontal dots.
  10. Click the < > source code icon.
  11. In the pop-up window, insert your HTML design.
  12. Click Save.
