Reservations received via Google Vacation Rentals appear in Guesty as if they originate from the Booking Engine or Booking Engine API. Specifically, the reservation source displays as "Website" or "BE API", and the "Channel" displays as "Direct".
To distinguish reservations that originate on Google from those made directly through your Booking Engine, create a reservation report and add the Point of sale column or filter. For the filter value, type Google to display only Google-originated reservations.
To finalize your changes:
- If you added a filter, click Apply changes.
- If you added a column, click Save.
