Ibindo offers digital legal guest registrations (Meldezettel) and authority reporting for accommodations in Austria. It also includes the fast and easy calculation of the legally required night statistics and taxes (Nächtigungs-Statistik, Tourismus-Statistik, Ortstaxen). Everything is automatically created within several minutes. Ibindo has integrated data transmission for Statistik Austria, Feratel, and Gemeinde Wien.
Once your guests complete their registration forms, you'll receive a clickable link to the forms in your Guesty Inbox.
Tip:
- Use the following custom field to know which forms have been completed by the guests: ibindo_entry_handed_in (a YES/NO value will be displayed)
- Ibindo creates custom fields and populates them with unique registration links. You can add them to your Guesty messages automations, and send them to your guests. Specifically, you can use ibindo_entry_handed_in custom field as an automated message condition.
- We recommend sending additional registration requests to your guests only if the ibindo_entry_handed_in custom field's value is "NO"
Copy the Guesty API key
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click
. - From the drop-down, select Guesty Marketplace.
- Search for "Ibindo", then click Connect.
- At the top right click Connect.
- In the pop-up, copy the Integration API.
- Click OK.

Step by step:

Sign up for Ibindo.
- When setting up, provide your Guetsy Integration API copied before to your Ibindo point of contact.
- Validate that all the properties and reservations are correctly imported into Ibindo.
