Plum Guide collects guest payments as the merchant of record, so reservations are not automatically marked as paid in Guesty.

Plum Guide uses the HyperWallet platform to process all payments. Be sure to set up an account, add your bank details, and verify your identity online when required.

Messages initiated by guests via the channel's messaging tools won't be synced into the Guesty Inbox. However, you can set up message automations to be sent from Guesty. You can communicate with guests via the Guesty Inbox but the communication is not synced to Plum Guide.
