With this type of connection, it is the channel’s responsibility to retrieve the data via API to complete the sync on their end. If the information is taking more than 24 hours to reflect to the channel, contact us.

In PlumGuide PlumGuide collects guest payments as the merchant of record, so reservations are not automatically marked as paid in Guesty. PlumGuide uses the HyperWallet platform to process all payments. Be sure to set up an account, add your bank details, and verify your identity online when required.
