Marking a conversation as "no need to reply" in the Inbox

Mark an Inbox message as one that doesn't require a reply to help align team members on which conversations are complete.

Note:

This action doesn't affect auto responses. Guesty sends them as expected.

When you archive a conversation thread with the most recent message from a guest, the process is automated: the "Mark as no need to reply" action is applied automatically.

Follow the instructions below to mark a message as "no need to reply".

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click Inbox.
  3. In the Inbox submenu, select the relevant inbox.
  4. Select the relevant conversation thread.
  5. At the bottom of the conversation thread, click Mark as no need to reply.
  6. Guesty automatically adds the text "No need to reply to this message" to the conversation thread. This text is visible only internally and doesn't show to the guest.
