HVMB manages both points promotions and partner-funded promotions directly. Opt-in is not required for standard promotions. HVMB notifies partners by email if any promotions require an opt-out by a deadline. No direct action in HVMB is required.

Alterations are not supported for HVMB. Guest needs to cancel and rebook.
