Reconnecting a listing to Google VR, Marriott (HVMB), or additional booking channels

If a listing is disconnected from a booking channel you can easily reconnect in Guesty. Learn more about the differences between unlisting, deactivating, deleting, removing, or disconnecting a listing.

This article is relevant to listings from the following channels only, that are in Live (Connected) or Failed status:

Follow the instructions below to reconnect a listing.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click icon Marketing and sales to open the dropdown menu.
  3. Under Channel management, select Distribution.
  4. Click the relevant channel thumbnail.
  5. Locate the listing you want to reconnect to the channel, and click the three horizontal dots under the "Actions" column.
  6. Click Reconnect.
