Why am I being billed for inactive listings?

The billing period in Guesty starts as soon as you activate your listings. To stop the billing of a listing, you need to deactivate it.

If you believe you are still being billed for inactive listings, check if any of the following scenarios apply:

Your listing was not fully deactivated

You may still be billed for a deactivated listing if you didn't deactivate all features. Make sure to scroll down in the listing's Settings page, click Edit in the "Listing Status" section, and switch off the Listing is active toggle.

You deactivated your listing in the middle of the month

If you do not want to be billed for a listing for a specific month, it is important to deactivate the listing before the end of the previous month.

Your listing was suspended in Airbnb

A listing can be suspended or paused by Airbnb if it violates Airbnb’s Trust and Safety concerns or other policies. In this case, the listing remains active in Guesty, and billing for it continues. Contact Airbnb Support for further assistance, and make sure to deactivate your listing in Guesty meantime.
