Guest received wrong lock code

Once you’ve linked your locks to Guesty properties, codes are generated automatically when new reservations are confirmed. To share the guest codes with your guests, set up automated messages that include the code variable.

If your guest received a wrong code, it's likely that your automated message is still using the variable {{keycode}}, which is used in Guesty for codes created by lock providers. To send the correct code that was created by Guesty Locks Manager, update your automated messages to use the variable {{guest_access_code}}.
